The organs of Barakabaho are as follows:
The
                            General assembly
The executive committee
The reconciler committee
The
                            supervision committee 
The General assembly consist of all effective members of
                            Barakabaho. The General assembly meets in regular session once a year. 
However,
                            it can hold special sessions at the request of half of the members of executive committee or
                            at the written request of one third of the effective members of Barakabaho.
 
For
                            theGeneral Assembly to meet officially there must be at least more than half of the
                            effective members. The powers of the General Assembly are;
*To adopt and revise
                            rules and regulations or general procedures of Barakabaho;
*To elect and remove members
                            of the office of the presidency of the General assembly and members of the executive
                            committee
*Approve the action program, the budget and the reports of
                            Barakabaho;
*To approve annual budget
*To accept and recognize new
                            members.
*To decide on suspension and expulsion of a member
*Determine the amount
                            of membership fee.
*To approve the acts of disposition
*Appointment and change of
                            members oft he supervising committee
*To dissolve the foundation and take decision on
                            the fate of its property. 
 The reconciler committee is made up of the 3 members of
                            Barakabaho; 
*President
*Vice president
*Secretary
They
                            are elected for a term of five years by the General Assembly and the term can be renewed
                            once. 
The committee is in charge of: 
*To resolve all conflicts that
                            arise in Barakabaho
*To give written and analyzed conclusions on the conflicts that
                            took place and to point out who was involved.
*Those who are not satisfied with
                            resolutions by the reconciler committee can take their case to court.
*Reporting to the
                            general assembly 
The executive committee is the governing body of Barakabaho.
                            It works for the General Assembly.
The executive committee is made up by seven
                            members and they are: The president of the General assembly who is also the president of the
                            committee, both vice-presidents of the general assembly who are also the vice-president of
                            the committee. 
The general secretary, the treasurer and two auditors. All of
                            them are voted every five years by the General assembly. 
They can be voted more than
                            once. 
They can be discharged by the General assembly in its meeting, normally or
                            abnormally, if there is an unacceptable reason. In such case, the general assembly appoints
                            new officials who replace them. 
The executive committee meets once in 3 months
                            and whenever necessary, in extraordinary session when convened by the president or at
                            written request of at least two thirds of its members. 
Decision is officially
                            made if at least 2/3of its members are present. Decisions are taken by simple majority. The
                            executive committee is responsible for the daily management of Barakabaho. 
This
                            includes:
*The temporary admission of new members.
*To implement the
                            decisions made by the general assembly and to give it a feed-back of what was accomplished.
                            
*To propose the General assembly the amendment of the constitution.
*To submit to
                            the general assembly action programs for different projects and reports for the management
                            of the budget.
*To recruit new staff members, to decide their salaries, and to dismiss
                            them.
*To submit to the general assembly the donations and grants given to the
                            Barakabaho so that it can approve them. 
*To protect the interests and rights of
                            Barakabaho. 
The supervision of material and financial resources of
                            Barakabaho is done by 3 members of the supervision committee who are chosen and dismissed by
                            the general assembly. 
They have the duty to control the use of Barakabaho’s
                            material and financial resources. They are elected for a term of five years by the general
                            assembly and the term can be renewed once. They have unlimited access to all books of
                            accounts and reports but without moving them. They report to the executive committee.
